This autozone has the worst customer service. I’ve been multiple times and each time i barely get so much as a mumble out of employees. Almost every time I’ve been there hardly anyone is around the front desk, You have to wait forever to get help. This most recent time I just needed to get my battery checked and found out that it was bad. Easy! when u order online for pickup
Showed up at 5pm (not that they were closing) and asked them for a battery check and they said they don't do it there. I was then sent to another location (Indian School rd nearby). They apologized but at the time I didn't need one, I just wanted to make sure my car doesn't stall out at the parking lot. I wonder what would have happened had my battery actually crapped out at the parking lot. Would they have refused service and asked me to call my insurance too?!
