David G has the poorest Customer Service skills I have encountered in a while. It was so obvious he didn’t want to wait on us as Customers. If it was not for the warranty on the battery we would have walked out. Sadly, he has no clue his behavior was being observed by several Customers. Poor reflection on this store.
RecommendedThey helped me replace my battery and didn’t give up despite the difficulty of the location and the fact I’m a hot mess and know nothing. Everyone has been amazing from the store manager down to the store employees.
