I had a battery issue and was trying to change it myself. Since the battery is located in the trunk, D-Lo told me that if I could get access to it, he would be happy to help replace it. Unfortunately, I ran into a stripped screw that I couldn’t get loose, but D-Lo went above and beyond by helping me get it out and changing the battery for me. Went to this location because the other location in town, the one by walmart, sent me for a part they didn't have, nbd, but the guy in there Gerald talks to people completely wrong, condescending, time wasting, seemed like he didn't want me to buy that part or be helpful at all. I'm sure he is bitter and lonely outside of work and brings it in with him. Car dead tried charging most of the day, finally got it jumped started. Went to auto zone, they checked everything out as usual. Bought a battery, fantastic warranty. A big thanks to all of them. Specially to Keaton for working out in the heat to get to get me back on the road again. Thanks Keaton for your time and expertise. To all of you that work the you have never failed me.
