The young man that helped me knew less about auto parts than me and I know nothing. 45 minutes searching for the correct air filters and wiper blades. I ended up walking out and going to O'Reilly's.

Awesome costumer service every time I've been there they have gone out of their way to help me ! I've never had a bad experience here!
Need a different sales manager-one that actually cares for customer service. Can't remember her name at this moment.
All I needed was some coolant. Not one employee offered assistance. I finally asked and was told they would get to me. They never did. I walked out. Don’t waste your time here.
I went to another store and was sold the incorrect battery. It was also installed incorrectly so I had, what I thought was a dead battery right in the middle of a gas station in 107 degrees. I was able to get to the Maricopa store and was shown what was wrong. My hats off to your staff for making a really bad situation, RIGHT! I was treated with sincerity, professionalism, and compassion. The service keeps me coming back! Thanks so very much.
See my post this places discriminates and they do mind keeping you waiting without any apologies, other than next. Third time I had issues with this place, obviously they do not need your businesses
