If you have a commercial account don't go here on the weekends. 2nd time I have been there (not consecutively as I have been able to visit and get help in the past) that I can't get help. This location seems to have an issue with keeping the staff updated on how to work with commercial accounts. I have had zero issue out of any other location.
Smallish store, nice guys working in there, but they dont know much more than window washing fluid and wipers. They get stumped pretty easily. Also, store has mostly cheaper, low quality parts. I almost always get better or cheaper on amazon. Sorry to say this, but I am not sure how any autozone stays in business
Alexander greeted me kindly & respectfully, i had asked for a battery change & he had changed it in 5-10 minutes!! loved his customer service & felt very welcomed!!
Sales guy made good recommendations, but not what a real ac tech would do to solve an ac not cooling problem. In my opinion, never use leak stop if unit is low on refrigerant. Leak stop only temporary at best a solution for ac not cooling.
