Went in to buy a battery and asked if they could replace it for me, they said yes. Took 3 guys to figure out how to open my hood then told me they couldn’t change my battery, like ok. Went to do it myself and was sold the wrong battery anyways and had to return it, which is just annoying because how do you even sell the wrong one when I gave them my car info. Customer Service is top notch! Stopped in to borrow a tool to tighten the battery terminal on our car, Jose offered to take a look at why it was loose. He found that an incorrect part had been installed, showed us what we needed and put it on for us! Thanks again Jose!
Jose took above and beyond care of me! He made sure I left safe to avoid being pulled over with a headlight issue and temporarily fixed it for me!! Thank you for your outstanding work ethic, not to mind you the place was busy with both guys dealing with customers. They were efficient, exceptional communicative and respectful. My truck had started doing that wonderful little “maybe I’ll start… maybe I won’t” hesitation, so I stopped by AutoZone to have the battery checked. The free battery test quickly identified the culprit: the battery was on its way out. Austin H. took great care of us from there. He pulled up the batteries that were actually in stock, explained the options without trying to upsell anything, and once I made my choice, he carried the new battery outside and installed it.
