We stopped by to have the code read on my wife’s car! We just had her spark plugs and ignition coil replaced but the check engine light was still on! Brad Duncan, the store manager, was an absolute angel of a man! He came out and unplugged her battery for about 15 minutes and the computer restarted itself. No more check engine light! So, corporate if you read these reviews, this man needs a raise or some kind of recognition! His customer service is TOP TIER! FIVE STARS! Thank you, Brad, for all of your help!!!!
Two visits this year, both for a battery replacement. The first was on one of the coldest days of the year this winter, when Jose changed the battery in my car. A couple weeks ago, my wife's car's battery died. Jose changed that one as well. Both times took about ten minutes tops. Thank you Jose.
Jose helped change my 17 year olds dead battery. Not only did he do an amazing job, he was personable, kind and funny enough to lift her spirits after it died on her in the middle of the road. Thank you Jose!
