The first time I went in this store, I left unhappy because they refused to do a return for me. However, this is my most local Auto Zone and I really needed to borrow a tool to switch my license plates. The license plate was stuck on there and I couldn't get it off. Xavier was a great help to me and now I have my correct plates on my car.
Favorite place to buy parts
Got my check engine light looked at but they wouldn't let me use the obd reader to clear a code I knew was faulty. Kind of a bummer.
Thomas, the manager, hooked it up big time for me. He changed my battery, both air filters and wipers super quickly and for free. They helped me figure out what I needed and then got it fixed within 15 minutes. Definitely going back the next time I need anything car-related. Thanks Thomas!
