Very good overall. Nothing to complain about.
I came in to get my batter tested with the help of Jeremy S. He did an amazing job helping me test my battery, installation, and teaching me about car maintenance He had a great postiive attitude and customer service skills. I will definitely come in again for help.
Night crew is so rude for no reason there was this one white old aged lady that screams at customers for asking simple questions?? Idk how that makes other customers feel but for me it makes me feel unwelcomed also it isint the cleanest store either. Sorry but i dont recommend this place in verona
Jeremy was an amazing help today! I needed a new battery and he went the extra mile to show me how to remove and replace it. 10/10 customer experience from Jeremy!
If I could give negative stars I would. Hours listed on the website listed open until 6PM and it was posted on the door hours. Needed a part for our service vehicle to keep our business up and running. Got there at 5:49... Open sign was and the lights were on... Door locked. 2 people staring at us at the counter then run off like cock roaches and turn all the lights off. I will go out of my way to never use an autozone again. EVER.
