I had a horrible experience at O’Reilly yesterday where a clip that holds my high beam bulb in place was dropped inside the housing by an employee. I left there with more problems than I came in with. Today I went to AutoZone just to see if by chance they had the clip in stock. Carlos had the genius idea to fish it out with a magnet...and was successful. AWESOMENESS! I am out of town and my battery went completely dead. The dealership doing a repair on my car told me that I needed a new one, and I am like REALLY??? That battery is practically new! I called the AutoZone where I purchased it and they did indeed confirm that my battery was still under warranty. Great news for me! The representative said that I should show up with the dead battery and exchange it for a new one. Yep, that simple!
