Ordered some brake pads and other things for store pickup. Received email stating the order was ready to pick up. When I got to the store, the clerk told me that they didn't have the brake pads and that someone should have called me. I never received a phone call. She also told me that they "don't have a button" to tell me that they didn't have a part. Seems like a crucial thing to have. If they did, I wouldn't have had to waste my time.
