Went in to get a new battery. 3 of the 4 store employees refused to change my battery. There was no reason to refuse to do it my battery was right on top under the hood with nothing going over the battery itself. They all said they didn't want to do it, while I was standing there. Jon was the only employee that agreed to replace it. He definitely did go above and beyond with replacing the battery and, even teaching another employee how to properly install batteries. go in to have a battery tested. they claim all of the testers are broke. Go across the street to ADVANCED AUTO PARTS, you will get a 100 times better support and better run store with employees that want to help you
I went to the store for a new battery & the sales rep Danny went over & above to help me out. The store had just opened and he immediately got to work swapping out my old battery and installing the new one. He is very knowledgeable about cares and helpful with all the questions I had for him. The store is clean, fully stocked and the other worker was very helpful as well. I highly recommend this store.
Female clerk didn't know what she was doing and made zero attempt to help, plus a nasty attitude
