I came to buy an oil filter remover tool and brought my sample with me. To my surprise, they didn't have almost any selection - there was one enormous cup, that's all. Empty shelve otherwise. But friendly associates, one extra star for that. Advance Auto Parts half a mile away was fully stocked, just to compare.
I’ve been trying to find a specific battery. I went to 3 locations that had it in stock, and all batteries tested bad. Finally, this location had one in stock that tested bad again. Tabetha was so kind and patient. She called other stores in the metro and asked them to test their batteries so I wouldn’t waste a trip. Great customer service, which is rare these days. Thanks, Tabetha!
I think the new manager name is Jamie. I came to the site with issues regard changing my plate and needing assistance with the frame and other tasks. The guy was really awesome and helpful. He took the time to address all my concerns and was extremely welcome. I would definitely recommending going to this site as the staff are well trained and knowledgeable.
