The worst. Wrong battery. Wrong diagnosis. Two lazy attendants. Four trips by me to the shop. And still need to have the car towed. Aiken Auto Zone: the worst
The manager at this store is awesome. I had my moms car and the battery would die every time I cut it off, so I left it running when I went in. The manager told me I could pull-up out front and he would come out as soon as he could. I had to Wait a little while but they were very busy. He was able to replace the battery and not disconnect the computer so I wouldn't loose any of my settings. Hats off to this manager. Great customer service!
Does not honor their companies coupons, deceitful bait and switch advertising. Gave the store 2 chances to honor their coupon, but they did not
Me and my family will never EVER use Auto Zone again...they DO NOT stand behind their word OR their products!!! Nor do they give refunds like the receipt says!!!!!!!!!!!!
