They did not have what I needed, which is alright (I have an old vehicle), but the clerk was rudely insisting that they did have the correct fluid. I told him what my manual specified and the universal fluid had messed up my engine previously, but that did not seem to matter to him. I have been to this location before and the customer service has never been stellar but it had never been like that.
