Greg is truly a great hero! I came in thinking it was a battery issue. He claimed me down walked me through what he found and we ordered parts and he actually saved me hundreds of dollars on a repair that I could myself. Thanks Greg you really are a Kind and genuine hero!
Kids on his phone Sunday 9/27/2026…. I parked by door to have my check engine lite and a fuse looked at. He asked me to bring it in before I even could get to the check engine light. I said it’s literally on your window that you check things for free to see if they need replaced and he said absolutely nothing back and went back to his phone. Customer service is absolutely terrible!!!
I have always been a believer that Customer Service is the most important thing a customer can get and I am here safe in my home to prove it. I don't live in Oregon City, but my car overheated and the first place came to my mind was Auto Zone. They were right there to help, and then I drove off, and car started overheating again...Greg the manager did everything he could, and then started calling repair places, it was 5 o'clock, everyone was closed.
