Twice now they have tried to make us buy expensive parts we did not even need. Thank goodness we had someone check before we bought from them.

I will never shop at auto zone again every time I order something and they say they have it in or they have everything I need when I go in something is missing. I just ordered parts yesterday and what do you know today they only had 3 out of the 4 I ordered and said they could order it again! NO! That’s why I ordered it yesterday. This store might be down the street, so easy access, but that's not the only reason I go to them for my parts and whatnot. I go because of the staff. And there price match program. And the quality of their stuff. The women and men that work here are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.
I have to commend the folks at Springfield's Auto Zone location. Recently I purchased two sets of LED taillights for my truck. They were expensive, and after destroying both packages, I learned would not work in my truck. (They continually blew fuses.) I took them back to my Auto Zone store and they refunded my purchase fully! I also needed to replace my hood lifts. While there I purchased two.
