Wrong part was ordered was told part. Would be $30. after going up And getting the correct art part ordered and waiting 2 days. I get my new part, and it's now a hundred and ten dollars, and I get no compensation. No, help, just told. We don't make the prices. After I was told it would be a swap of parts. Now loosing out on 70$ in pocket and a pissed off customer. Will never use this location again. Just a group of liars and lazy workers.
The wonderful people at the AutoZone have always been knowledgeable and helpful whether I'm coming in for a part or just have a random question. I bought a set of windshield wiper a few months ago before it stopped raining this summer and now in fall I went in because the wiper wasn't contacting. They swapped it out for me even though I was happy to purchase the next one. Shout out to the Norman Main Street Auto Zone!
No help whatsoever
The battery in my key fob was about dead and they sold me a new battery at a reasonable price and changed it out for me at the counter. I was in and out in under 5mins. They did a great job!
