I had questions regarding my jeep not powering on. Chris took the call and not only did he provide excellent customer service and feedback, he came to my apartment after he clocked out to see if it was a battery issue. He told me how to change it out and advised that he would have the tools for me to purchase in the morning. He went above and beyond. I wanted to tip him but he politely declined. He will be the reason I only shop at that auto zone from now on. Thank you Chris!
The worst place ever selling default batteries i went to get a battery i had to fo back and was giving another come to find out the batteries were defaulted ...refuse to give me back my money ...every time I keep jump starting my car with there new battery as they stated ..very dishonest ..Will never go back there
Meh. Probably the most mid auto zone in CT. Located right in the middle of the hood. An MVP store. (Minimum viable product)
