I had to replace the battery of my car. AutoZone advertise on their web that they can remove the old one and replace it with a new one with no charge. They can check the charging system. None of all this. I had to pay an independent mechanic out of the store to have it replaced.

I was looking for someone to help with my car key fob, but the only option I could find was my dealership, and the cost was incredibly high. Fortunately, Jean, the Store Manager at AutoZone, was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. He quickly identified the problem and said, “You only need batteries!” He replaced both batteries and jokingly told me it would cost $100. To my surprise, the actual cost was only $13.11! Good customer service. I had a "check engine" light on; they hooked up the diagnostic computer and told me it was the MAF sensor. I bought the part to have them install it, but I didn't realize they charged so much for the installation—Oswal charged me $50 just for the installation.

You can be standing there for hours and the employees don’t realize your are their walk right in front of you without asking for any assistance. So I left. very poor customer service assistance
