I don’t even know where to start. Every single visit to AutoZone in Norwalk, Connecticut has been an absolute nightmare. The staff is completely clueless about anything related to cars. It’s beyond frustrating trying to get basic help with parts that should be easily accessible. Unfortunately, I needed a battery this AM. I arrived @ Autozone and was waited on immediately. The rep who checked me out was excellent and AJ installed my battery. Thank you for fabulous service!
The best in town!!! Had one of the young workers help me buy a battery for my daughter ,he was very polite, professional, respectful and most very helpful..
They gave me the wrong parts, even after I specified all the information about my vehicle. They have people who don’t understand English or know anything about cars, they just work there. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
