Beth's exceptional knowledge, helpfulness, and efficiency are truly remarkable, and I am very pleased with the service I received. I will certainly make an effort to visit this location again. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had.
Went in to get some glass cleaning and dash cleaning supplies. Try in a couple new things see how they work usually nothing works for me, but we shall see. The person that helped me was nice and a little funny. But I usually have a good repertoirewith the employees no matter which AutoZone I go to.
I came here for help with my headlight. One guy, I don’t know his name, tried to upsell me by $600 for a part that costs $30, and told me it was the wrong thing when it was obvious it was the headlight. Told me to replace the entire headlight system/ headlight assembly. He told me no lights on the entire side worked, which was completely untrue. Young man stopped ringing me up to skip to a young woman instead. Mid key stroke, forgot he’s already dealing with somebody now he’s ringing up somebody else. And just when I think a more senior guy is coming in to help, he does the same thing and starts helping her instead. Got my own receipt and left so I know ya’ll remember who I am.
