Smaller store, fast service.
I couldn’t figure out what was going on with my car so the closest part store to me was auto zone . When I got there I went inside to the counter and there was a young lady named Allie. I talked to her and explained what was going on with my car and that my check engine light was on. She used some machine to scan my car & it helped identify the problem. My one star rating is not actually about the store itself but rather about an employee. I have spent many thousands of dollars with AZ over five decades in dozens of stores. Never have I ever encountered an employee with such a hostile attitude as Allie at this store. Her hostility was nearly equaled by her incompetence - but not quite. This girl has no ability or inclination to deal with the public.
I had the pleasure of doing business with Allie. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, & she was very knowledgeable about the parts we discussed. The customer service was excellent and truly what every company needs!
