I went in to buy a replacement battery for my car, and after looking up online that AutoZone offers assistance in replacing your old battery on the spot, I went over to get some help. After dropping $200 on a new battery the manager (06/30/26 older gentleman, didn’t get a name due to not having any name tags) lied to my face saying autozone never has offered this as a service, and that they don’t have anyone there regardless to help. The Store Manager Jeff went above and beyond for me!
I am so impressed with the manager Jeff at the American Fork store. He was so kind and helpful. It’s hard to find this kind of customer service these days. I love that AutoZone will drop a battery in your car for you! Way to go Jeff!
I was in a rush to get some oil, stood at the counter for a bit waiting for help because I have a commercial account. And no one showed up. There was another gentleman with me waiting as well. In the end I had to leave before anyone came.
