Katie (apologies if its the wrong spelling) helped me get new wipers on my Subaru and install the fronts and rear. Such a nice person to talk to and helped me right away. We had a good laugh, she got my wipers on fast and I have confidence my windshield during this rainy weather is clean and clear.
Can't help customers after purchasing parts. How ironic
Worst business ever. I purchased a $120 head light that was broken and they wouldn’t let me return it for a new one because “they don’t replace items unless they haven’t been used” how are you supposed to know if a headlight works unless you install it?
