Went in to get a replacement bulb for my Compass, admittedly I was scheduling an appointment on the phone for my son wgo has autism. However I told the guy what I needed and he began his rude disrespectful manner of telling me how bad I was of a person for being on my phone while needing HIS help.I asked to speaj to the manager which he refused to get for me.
