RecommendedI bought some wiper blades for my new traverse. The wipers on this car are so different than any I’ve ever changed before. After struggling for about 15 minutes, watching the rainx install video, watching 2 YouTube videos I could get the old ones off but I couldn’t get the new ones on as the blades didn’t have what looked like the same hooks even tho they were supposed to be compatible. They tried to sell me a bunch of parts I didn't need. Then they insulted me and called me a diy guy.. they are clueless pushy sales people trying to get you to buy add-ons and unnecessary ''custom install kits". You don't need an install kit for a battery!! I will never go back.
they sold my parents the wrong size battery and it ended up frying the alternator in less then a week now they refuse to do anything to help them. For one both of them are on set incomes and went to them for help. My parents trusted that they would help but just ended up ripping them off and costing them more money. Auto zone should be ashamed. I would recommend staying the hell away from this auto zone
