I dont have enough good things to say about this autozone. Kim and her crew were absolutely amazing. My wife and I had a series of unfortunate events that led to us being in Missoula. We were out right stranded. The folks in this autozone did everything in their power to ensure we had everything we could possibly need. They not only supplied me with every part they could to fix our jeep and a safe place to work on it. They went out of their way to help us. So greatful to store manager Kim Stevens for taking the time to help me install a battery and provide valuable knowledge about my vehicle. Exceptional consumer service, would come to the auto zone specifically again!
I really think your delivery service needs to improve. I placed a same-day order around 5:10 PM for a K&N engine air filter, and it’s now been nearly three hours with my order still showing as “processing.” I even had to call the store myself to try to get an update, and I still couldn’t get a clear answer from anyone. I understand that delays can happen, but if same-day delivery is being offered, I expect better communication and service. This has been extremely frustrating.
Shout to Camrin who made our visit easy and educational. He was busy with phone customers and a line but gave his undivided attention and was patient and thorough to make sure we had everything we needed for the projects at hand. Thanks Camrin
I usually go here because of location and never thought to do a review because it's always been perfectly fine. Recently an employee asked me to do a review since we got to talking about the store so I'm giving it a five star review. I've never had anything go wrong here worse than simply waiting in a line to check out. This seems like a perfectly good auto parts store!
