Went to this Auto Zone, Martin provided too notch customer service. Martin’s people skills are excellent. Should be a manager and a trainer to train other people employees how to have excellent customer service in auto parts.
We were traveling with our 99 Corvette and wanted a new Optima Red Top battery whicĥ they did have in stock. Austin the Manager was very efficient polite and installed a new one as we requested even though it tested good. On the road now with 1000 plus miles since and fires right up.
I was in there yesterday and they were awesome and made sure to help me with my questions.
I couldn't believe they had my part in stock.
When I go to autozone for parts and service, I don’t expect to have to rummage through unorganized boxes of tools behind the counter in order to fix what I need. Especially since I’m not knowledgeable about cars. Very frustrating.
