Soooo, I was for the FIRST time ever accused of stealing!!!! Here is the story, so I needed a new wiper blade for my car, I go into your store and after talking to the cashier and getting a wiper size( which was the wrong size) I go to the shelf and grab it. Then I go and wait in line BUT all the cashiers are quite busy SO I go and put the wiper blade back on the peg that I got it from and walk out of the store back to my car. A very good friend of mine Kiana Nemecek went to this Autozone today to purchase windshield wiper blades and after putting them back and then perceding to leave the parking lot she is approached by one of your employees is accused of stealing and threatened to have the cops called on her. She then goes back in and shows said employee that she put the wiper blades back and she doesn't receive an apology?? WOW AUTOZONE you should be so ashamed and this employee needs to be fired. Absolutely unacceptable.

The Manager could call Kiana Nemecek and apologize to her for the actions of their employee in accusing her of stealing and when he discovered it was not true he didn't even apologize. Kiana is a member of my church and our worship team. This is a wrong that can be made right by acting correctly and doing the right thing.

Your customer service has always been at an all time low, lower than Comcast. However, for so long, I bit my tongue and said nothing. That is, until I heard from a former student how your employee falsely accused her of stealing (without proper investigation). This is ridiculous and uncalled for and there was no apology from the accuser. Is this acceptable practice? Is this how you train employees to treat customers?! Absolutely unacceptable. I used to shop there before. Then i heard from a Friend Kiana was accused of stealing. she wasn't stealing anything. She needed help and u guys were too busy and only had 1 cashier available. She put it back and walk out. The Manager needs to Apology to her!!!

Yesterday morning I go to start my car and the battery was dead...not even a year old! But props to Auto Zone...Danny looked up the purchase, saw that it was still under warranty and installed a brand new one, no hassle. Outstanding customer service! Thank you!
