I went to AutoZone in Port Chester to get my check engine light scanned, and Doug was so helpful. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. No pressure, no upselling, just genuinely kind and honest. I’ll definitely be going back to Doug and AutoZone for anything my car needs!!
Not sure who the short man at the front who works the closing shifts is but he was rushing me out of the store when I have a little over 20 minutes left when I walked in. Then mumbling angrily to himself complaining about last minute walk-in shoppers. Petty and rude. Great way to lose customers.
