Employees too lazy to work
Door says 9 o'clock was there at 8:50 all I needed were break pads door was locked
Walked in, found desired part, paid for item, walked out. Quick, easy, with clean, organized store & friendly associates. SUPERB!
I can't tell you how thankful I am for this store in dubois pennsylvania!! We broke down heading to a funeral in Ohio, 2 adults and 2 children. They made several calls to help get someone to put an alternator in right in the parking lot! I wish I could remember their names it was a young lady, and the store manager Thanks again!!
Sold me junk spark plugs and would not take them back. Now I remember why I don't shop there anymore, that and most of the employees are not the friendliest. We go to O'Reilly's for everything now, every employee that I've had to deal with at either DuBois or Clearfield have all been super friendly and helpful.
