The guy (kid) at the counter, a.k.a. "next best thing to a Manager" acted like he was more interested in being on his phone, or basically doing anything else, than helping me out. Didn't really care to give me the time of day and was pretty standoffish. However, the older gentleman who was working that evening was very kind, attentive and extremely helpful. I will avoid the younger one at all costs if I ever need to go back to this location.
I had a great experience at this store with Kaisa. She was so helpful in explaining things about how to fix the issue in my vehicle, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to conversate with. 10/10 recommend
