The big sign on the front of the store tells me what I need to buy to get this deal. It is matched by another, much smaller tag on the back shelf in the store by the motor oil. Yet, when the clerk rings up my purchase of a 5 quart jug of Mobile 1 synthetic oil and an STP extended life filter the price is nearly double. I ask about the sale sign outside and I'm told that I actually have to by a Mobile 1 oil filter to get that deal, but sadly no Mobile filter is available.
