Absolutely horrible experience on 6/7/2017! I drove 12 miles out of my way to just get to an autozone because I knew they would assist me with helping me to change my fuse in my car! That did NOT happen! He held a book and showed me a diagram! I knew where the fuse was but I couldn't reach it! I was in work clothes and heels. They watched me get on my knees in the parking lot to try and reach this fuse! 20 minutes later the employee said I'll go get you a tool to help with that! Never again!

I've been coming to this store for 14 years. I've never had one bit of trouble until just the other day. For some reason my special order was returned due to "non-payment" when it had been paid. They did the research and reordered my parts. They will be in tomorrow. Customer service has always been great, sometimes they get a little busy and I have to wait a few minutes. But I've never been disappointed.
Really sad. Walk in looking for something. Four employees standing behind the counter. No other customer in the store. No one acknowledged I walk in the door. The female employee made eye contact with as she walked pass me. Never acknowledged me. I walked out the door, because no one would wait on me. Again. No acknowledgment. I guess I was not redneck enough them. Sad Sad Sad.
