Loved it
Very upset over service. Got rotors and brake pads for the rear of my vehicle. Got to mechanic to do the work only to find out the associate gave me front rotors and rear brake pads. Went back to get proper parts and now my money on my card which purchased the incorrect rotors is tied up for 2 days. I will be ordering parts from somewhere else in the future. Associate messed up the parts and now I have to wait to correct it and my brakes are grinding into the current rotors. Im not happy at all.
Very helpful! Ran a free diagnostic, and checked on the health of my battery. Also didn't give me a hard time for not knowing where my hybrid cars 12V battery was (in the trunk). Thanks for your help, Wellsville AutoZone!
Wanted to commend the staff at this location for their willingness to go above and beyond to assist me today! I stopped in to get windshield washer and mentioned that I had a rear wiper that was a difficult one to change out; I had already bought the wiper from another Auto Zone location, however my vehicle manual recommended going to a dealer to have it switched—not a convenient solution! Manager Todd was rude and dismissive. I even talked to a nice lady outside that was in there with me and we both agreed that Todd got up on the wrong side of bed that day
