Lost a customer today. They are a bunch of cry babies losing business over one of there employees not liking a certain group of people just because they had their differences. Let that shit go and move on with your life.
You lost a customer today. Went in for a quick $20 purchase. 3 or 4 employees helping folks on the customer service stations. No one on the till. Made eye contact with a couple of folks, not acknowledgement, or a quick comment that someone would be with me as soon as they can. After about 15 minutes or so of not having any idea how much longer it would be I left. Went to O'Reillys and they were much busier and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Great place to work!! I enjoy helping coustomers!
Stop by with an out-of-town friend and Angel Reyes was truly our angel! He helped to reinstall the missing rivets that the repair shop forgot to put on in Marysville. Thanks AutoZone!
Stop in today to get a break light, manager had one of his employees offer to install. It took about 20 minutes in 90 degree heat, but Isaac was amazing, great conversation, no complaints, and did fabulous job. My receipt was barely for $7 but customer service PRICELESS!! Will return..
