Always friendly and great service
On 3 separate occasions ive had employees either try to push the wrong part (on something as simple as a damn oil filter), ask stupid questions that dont pertain to the part im asking for or straight up order the wrong part (front instead of rear and doesnt even appear to be for my vehicle at all), delaying my repairs on my only vehicle. I dont know who youre hiring, but you need to hire people who can critically think and provide some sort of basic training on parts.
