Bryan is very grumpy, he comes into my job and treats some of my employees poorly bc they don’t know his order off the top of their head. He also sits in the lobby and talks badly about the managers/employees here and where they park. He seems miserable almost every time he comes in. He wears an auto zone shirt and claims to be the manager of the store. I just find it very unprofessional for him to carry his self like that especially in uniform. Do not use autozone, especially the one on mentor Avenue. They will cancel your orders and will not inform you and then you will have to pay your court fines because your car will not be fixed in time. Autozone has inferior ordering system and does not tell them when the vendor cancels, orders is what they tell me. This is unacceptable and a bad business practice. I would not use them again ever.

I needed a battery and called a couple different times with questions. Each person who I spoke to at mentor AutoZone was helpful. Since Eastlake is closer I also tried them. I was put on hold when asking for a battery and nobody ever came back to the phone. Moral of the story go to Mentor. The manager is great there
