Camilo was extraordinarily helpful. He ran some tests and told us our starter was the issue -- not the alternator and not the battery (after first checking to see if the battery was still under warranty). He then researched starters for our car, and a new one was to be installed. Highly recommend Auto Zone and Camilo in Rocky Point.

Autozone makes it a thing to hire people who know less than nothing and their only speciality is giving you the wrong part despite giving them the accurate information. Literally do your job before I get to the store just to go home and do the repair job u wish you knew how you do or else you'd be an actual mechanic making at least 5x more than the manager there does per hour.
