I have been a consistent Autozone of Rocky Point customer for years, I recently purchased a set of high output fog light bulbs an one was defective & didn't have a receipt, Robert the manager went above and beyond to get me a new set of bulbs under warranty when he could have just flat out said No!! Now that my friends is a master class in Customer Service!! Thanks Robert for being so kind & taking care of me!! Lenny
The guy Alex in here is an excellent employee any biusness would be lucky to have someone so helpful work for them. 5 stars for the excellent service.
