Amazing customer service. Would 100% recommend Jordi! He helped install my car battery, replace windshield wipers, and headlights.
Just bought wiper blades from the store. The first guy behind the counter seemed annoyed to help me. He told me the size to buy and the left me to figure it out. I’ve never bought blades before. I lease my cars and have never had to buy them. Another worker came over to help pick it out and rang me up. There was no offer to help install. I was told that install comes with them that’s why I came to this store. I tried in the parking lot to figure it out but could not. Guess I’ll have to YouTube it.
Went to autozone centereach. The service is excellent! Jordi went above and beyond. He helped me with a battery issue. We tried a jump pack and when that didn't work he sold me a battery. And the car actually started. Thank you Jordi.

I love this location! Anthony the manager has gone above and beyond for me. I had an issue with my windshield wipers that I bought from a previous autozone, in the Lake Grove. The lake grove store avoid at all costs. Their Manager, Christopher L is the one who did the install and refused to fix it or claim accountability. They did not want to help me there or fix the windshield wipers they broke on me by installing it. He asked me what he would have to do to get me out of the store.
