The service was terrible. To many people standing around doing nothing. Went to advance was in and out. They had workers that work.
The man who helped me today, Thomas F, was one of the nicest, most helpful people I've dealt with in a long time. What a pleasure he was!
Service here is incredibly slow, nobody working here seems to know what they're doing and they don't know a thing about auto parts or cars. Every time I go in here I either end up waiting 20 minutes in line or get held up at the register for a half hour because the person working doesn't know how to work the computer and has no concept of time. There is no sense of order in this store, its a mess. Do yourself a favor and go to advance autoparts across the street and be in and out in 5 minutes.
It's so nice to be concerned about! Thank you to the nice man at AutoZone who changed the headlight on my car and saved me from a ticket by seeing my taillight was out and even changing it for me!! I so appreciate your time and caring!!
