I'm not a big fan of a AutoZone because it never fails that when I go in there needing something I'm the one that has to locate it on usually my phone because they can't find it on their computer. I don't get paid to do their job and that's why I'm never happy with him because they let the ability as far as I'm concerned to serve the customers correctly just my opinion O'Reilly's is the place to go.
I needed help finding parts for my car.. the manager, Alexis, was super nice and helpful! She let me know all my options!
