Sam was extremely helpful and friendly
Needed a new car battery while on vacation. I ordered online and picked up in store. They installed my battery quickly and saved my vacation! They were helpful and knowledgeable.
Just an amazing experience. I had my battery die suddenly, but called in first thing in the morning. Sam spoke to me and quickly verified that my battery was in stock. Once I got to the store, she quickly changed my battery for me and sent me on my way, my day had barely been interrupted. Same was cheerful, friendly, and displayed the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thanks so much for solving what could have been a huge pain point for me.
Derrick Smith gave us an amazing service. He installed a battery in less than 3 minutes. He need a raise asap!!
I just stopped into the store right now and purchased a seat cover, and I must say that the two ladies at the register had the best energy very friendly!!!
