I can't believe that a worker would make a person to walk to the bank take out money to buy a battery. The customer comes back buys the battery and the worker says that he will change the battery and then change their minds. On top of all of this the customer has a congested heart failure. If I was the boss I would be suspending the worker a week of no pay.

Josh and Shane provided an exceptional customer service; it's truly rare these days to find employees with such strong ethics, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make the customer feel valued. We've been here several times and are always satisfied.
Very kind people who are so willing to help! I know nothing about vehicles, and the young lady and man who helped me were amazing, as the young man was going out and testing to see if the part fit (I needed the panel retainers and no idea what size or kind I needed) to ensure I got the right kind and size. Once he found the right part, he fixed it in the parking lot and I was all good to go! Very thankful for their help and would HIGHLY recommend them!! Thank you!!
