I went in to auto zone in Fulton Missouri today looking for a belt. Mark Miller was very helpful here he went above his service to cause the belt I was looking is very rare to find mr. Miller did find one for he even told me where to find it at. thank you Mark Miller
Fabulous service. I went in to have the battery and alternator checked due to the warning light and transmission issues. The alternator was bad. They didn't have the part, but the two employees working didn't stop until they had the part located at the competitor and a shop to install it, as I was traveling. Thanks!!!
Five Stars and Two Thumbs Up for Nick! Wiper blade self destructed coming through town and as soon as I pulled into the AutoZone parking lot it began to rain in ernest!! Without hesitation Nick grabbed a raincoat and headed out the door!! Now, I know what a pain it is to put wipers on this 30 year old van, which is why I don’t do it anymore, so I was not surprised when he had a little trouble. Totally unfazed, service with a smile, and I am back on the road! Thanks, Nick!!
I asked about the check engine light services as we've been to several auto zones for issues before and the man in Fulton Missouri was very rude! He yelled and said we don't do that it cost us money, people just use us! I had my son with me and intended on buying $100 worth of smalls parts for my SUV as well.... very disappointed, and very thankful orileys was next door.... they were very helpful! I got my light fixed and my parts at orileys due to the way we were treated at auto zone!
Last night my daughter asked for help changing her tire while in a fulton area shopping center from an employee of auto zonem Not only was she refused help she was then given a lecture by your employee about how he was a firm believer that if she did not know how to change the tire or the oil in her car she did not need to be driving it. I will never spend another penny there.
