Terrible service, they treated us badly, they weren't friendly and they did nothing to help us. We needed to return a brake booster that we had exchanged two days earlier at this same store and they just said they didn't work with that brand. After that they ignored us.
Battery warranty is a joke now. Brother in law broke down, went to grab his battery and come swap it. Battery is 10/23 so still pro rated. They won't swap because we dont have the phone number of an account that bought it. Way to "help" your customers.
Worst warranty ever. They will not honor their 3 year Duralast Gold warranty even with the manufacturer sticker showing it is within warranty. Horrible. I will never shop at Autozone again!
