I bought a battery from AutoZone(different location), but it wasn’t charging with the tender. I called them, and they checked my purchase using my phone number, confirming the battery is still under warranty and replaced it with no issues. Excellent service.
I went to autozone to return some items that I purchased online, initially they were having a hard time finding my order. Mike the manager offered to help and he completely went out of his way to make sure everything was right. I thought customer service was dead - however Mike proved me wrong, he ended up calling their help desk - spent a good amount of time dedicated just to helping me out. In the end he was able to return my product. Autozone earned itself a customer for life.
Rob came to the rescue when my car was completely empty of oil and researched what would be best for my car and added more oil for me. Also gave me tips for what I could ask the mechanic to do to help this problem from not happening in the future. Really grateful!
Mike C. Reallly helped me out today 8/8/25 with my battery change. He’s FAST, and well knowledgeable and clearly experienced! I’d go here for my car issues first! Ask for Mike!!!!
