My husband brought my jeep to purchase a new battery because his Harbor Freight tester said the battery needed to be replaced. Well they tested it and said it was fine. Seriously? That is good business!. My husband also went there a while ago to get a battery for his car and they took the old one out and put the new one in!!! So just go to autozone!
I came in today to buy a bunch of car cleaning products. The store was clean and organized. The cashier was friendly and helpful.
I recently visited AutoZone in Hackettstown, NJ and had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the store manager, who came across as rude, obnoxious, and extremely unprofessional throughout my visit. Instead of helping customers, he seemed more interested in speaking down to people and creating a hostile environment.
