THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL EVER ENCOUNTER!!! The manager, Anna, purposely made me wait over an hour for a refund. I arrived at 4:20 needing a refund and she prioritized a 4:30 interview over assisting me and I was there before the person who came in for the interview. After the 45 minute interview finished, she disappeared for the next 15 minutes.

I can honestly say that throughout my years working with and shopping at AutoZone, I’ve had some amazing experiences. People cared. People handled business. As a former PSM who worked there for 3 years, I understood what customer service, urgency, professionalism, and respect toward customers were supposed to look like. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the AutoZone on Aldine Bender completely destroyed that image for me.
