I had such a great experience at the AutoZone on El Camino Real in Oceanside, and I really wanna give a huge thank you to Sandra. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, she was warm and she really cared about helping me. She even came outside in the rain to help me figure out my windshield wiper blades. I honestly had no clue what I was doing,and she made it easy. She was direct, helpful, and she didn't make me feel rushed at all. An excellent place; the staff is very friendly and helpful—especially the manager, Sandra. She replaced a light bulb on my Kia for free and they also helped us with a cooler change.
Was to slow for assistance and longer time, the personal service don't want to take a time to helping out when you looking for a item in the store, it needs a better customer service.
