RecommendedSunday I went in because my car was smoking, it was 18 degrees outside and I had my daughter with me. Terry and his team plus the great people of our town made me feel extremely welcome and went out of their way to find a belt that had broken on my car, Terry even went as far as to call an auto shop and get me in immediately and helped me even past that. I will pay this forward and I understand why so many people tell me to go to this team
Very Friendly Atmosphere. Great Customer Service, Friendly Faces always willing to help you with everything needed. Expert Service and Always Willing to help . Terry and his team at Auto Zone have had my business for years and years and will continue to always have it. Proud to say we use them for our vehicles and as a business owner we use them for our customers vehicles as well. Proud to call Terry and his team our friends and family. Highly recommend and always tell everyone to go see them .
The team inside this store made me feel welcome while I was frustrated with battery issues, they didnt make me wait . mike came out to run a diagnostic and told me my battery was shot and even helped me install a new battery which was a pain and I could tell very frustrating but he never dropped his professional attitude and got me back on the road after this cold snap destroyed my battery. Saved major money from a shop who would rub a 75 dollar diagnostic and then sell me a battery and labor time to put it in Thank you!
I definitely want to give credit where it is due and no better place than the generosity I witnessed today from a man I see nearly every week for parts and supplies, he's not on Facebook but Mr. Terry up at autozone did something he did not have to do, he braved the cold to diagnose my girls car and tell her she had a broken belt. Now her luck has been terrible and before terry even knew I was coming up had made arrangements to send her to a shop that wouldn't rip her off and even settled up with the shop to fix it. Went in to get codes cleared. Was told I need a new throttle body. Kicker was they was showing me a fuel injector. I laughed all way home
Is this the Auto Zone that told a customer to remove a confederate Battle flag from his vehicle or remove his vehicle from there business? ??? If this is true. I will never shop there again, and will will tell everyone that I know to take their business elsewhere. ..
