I stopped in to replace my wiper blades and the customer service at this location was the absolute worse! The manager, Barbara, is lacking the skills needed to properly manage positive customer experience and she won't have an opportunity to make a second impression. After speaking with the DM, I assured him that I would not shop at the Dunkirk location again. I needed a battery for my car today, so I headed to Auto Zone in Dunkirk. They were awesome! A nice gentleman named Josh tested the battery, quoted me prices on batteries, recommended one (because I know nothing about this), then rang me up & went outside to replace it! He told me to wait inside if I'd like! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
