Excellent store they really have there stuff together and always have the answers to my questions and parts I need to get my project accomplished.
I've been coming here for over 20 years. 2 times over the passed couple of weeks. Very disappointed in what I've experienced. Waiting in line I hear a manager shooting his mouth off with sexist remarks about his boss, he believes she's incompetent because a different employee called off work. I decided to walk out and go elsewhere. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever do meet someone that doesn't have the answer, they confirm with their teammates & always find one! AutoZone in Batesville provides excellent service & I recommend them!
