Everytime we’ve been to this store we get excellent customer service. I should have left a review before so apologies to other staff than should have been recognized but I don’t have there names. This particular day Pattie and Eathen went above and beyond. I had to go to another parts store for a battery because it was on warranty. Phenomenal team at this store! Went in for an ignition coil replacement and spark plugs and the front desk team were amazing in not only helping me find the right ones, but also installing them and showing me what to do in the future. They were totally professional and kind the whole experience in helping me. Most definitely recommend coming here for service on your vehicle, you will not be disappointed.
The store manager, Jesse, does an EXCELLENT job. I went in without a receipt for an exchange of wiper blades, she found my transaction, recommended something that worked, and helped me put them on my car! She was calm and helpful with her assistants, dealt with issues of the store transaction electronics, was helping another customer in the parking lot with his battery when I left. Please give her a raise!
