RecommendedWent in for wipers before the big storm.. the guy went out took mine off one was stuck and he did it carefully and was not irritated like most people would be. He caught an error at check out and corrected an over charge on his own and was just genuinely nice! I appreciated it and the cost was less than I expected so you can’t beat that!
My husband brought in his break pads that are under warranty and they wouldn’t warranty them out. They told him he had to buy new pads because the pads they had in the system were not the ones he had on the truck. When he asked which pads they had in the system (thinking they were for another vehicle we have) they said they didn’t know what vehicle the pads they had in their system were for. They said there was NOTHING they could do except help him buy new pads. This is awful customer service and I suggest not doing business... read more
