Carmen R is literally the best person I’ve ever met. As soon as he finished helping me, I put my car in park and needed to give this review. Carmen taught me how to replace my battery which is a milestone for me as I never had a father figure show me the ways of automotive repairs and had to figure things out on the spot. The staff is excellent and very helpful! Prices are a bit high.
Took my battery in to be charged and was told one hour. After we left I realized they didn’t ask for my name or number or anything. We went back to pick it up and they didn’t even acknowledge us, we’re just sitting there talking to each other. Finally they asked how they could help us and we said we dropped off a battery and came back to see if it was good. They both looked confused and said “you did?” Yeah, to you.
