Great customer service
I was disappointed when I returned my old battery to get my core charge refund. I had been told to bring the card I used to make the purchase, but when I came back, I was told the card I presented wasn't the one used, so I wasn't able to receive my refund. I'm still not sure what happened, because I only have one card and it definitely was what I used. It left me feeling frustrated because I couldn't get my money back. It feels very dishonest. Updated (it unfortunately doesn't show his name) I had to stop here while traveling (from Walt Disney World back to Texas) It was maybe between 10am and 11am. The man (long dreads, chocolate brown skin, brown eyes, friendly smile, slender, tall) was extremely helpful.
