I would leave a half star if i could… they declined my call and then when i called them back they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up. They didn’t try to assist me and they were rude and disrespectful last time i came in “denny”and “lauren” were slacking off not paying attention to me and i went to the other person “josh” and he was on his phone and proceeded to sell me the wrong part and didn’t even care to match part numbers WHICH I HAD GIVEN HIM and then i gave up i would suggest everyone goes elsewhere until t... read more
If this is AutoZone in festus I'm doing a post for I would say they really have no clue however DeSoto AutoZone is awesome with exception of the manager home downgrades female employees I was a witness to it as a customer.
If this review is for DeSoto Missouri I would like to say all of the employees are awesome and know what they're talking about with exception of the manager who does not know anything about cars and is so disrespectful to his workers when he speaks to them it makes you want to walk out
